All policy documentation will be provided to the customer by the selling dealership at the point of sale. The policy holder will receive an Agreement Validation letter as soon as the cover is accepted on risk by our Head Office.

Our WMS mechanical breakdown insurance warranty policies and MOT policies are fully underwritten by AmTrust International Underwriters Limited.
Our premiums exclude Insurance Premium Tax (I.P.T) or VAT at the applicable rate.

Some or all of the information supplied to us by the dealership and policy holder in connection with this insurance will be held on our computer records to help with the administration of the plan. It may be used for underwritings or claims purposes by us or the administrator. The details that are supplied will be stored and used by us to administer the insurance cover. Your details will not be retained for longer than necessary and you are entitled to a copy of all of the information that we hold about you. Where it is necessary to administer the policy effectively, we may disclose the data you have supplied to us to third parties such as repairers, engineers and insurers. We may monitor and record telephone calls for service and staff training purposes.
We may send information or promotional communications to our database, upon which time you will have the option to opt out or to continue receiving such communications via mail or email.
