HGV Warranty and Coach Warranty

Level 1 Warranty – for new and used commercial vehicles over 3,500kg. Cover includes the breakdown of certain components under the following headings: Engine, Manual and Automatic Gearbox, Cooling System, Propshaft, Differential and Driveline, Driving Axles, Electrical.

Level 2 Warranty – for used commercial vehicles over 3,500kg. Cover includes the breakdown of certain components under the following headings: Engine, Manual and Automatic Gearbox, Cooling System, Clutch, Driving Axles, Propshaft, Differential and Driveline, Electrical, Fuel System, Steering, Suspension, Braking System.

Level 3 Warranty – for new commercial vehicles over 3,500kg. During the period of insurance, all non-modified mechanical and electrical items will be insured against breakdown except those listed under exclusions.

Dual Fuel Engine Cover – to cover against mechanical breakdown of the engine caused by and which can be specifically attributed to the failure of, or a fault in the operation of the Dual Fuel system conversion unit fitted to the vehicle.

HGV Warranties and Coach warranties are available as both Insured and Dealer Guarantee schemes.  All of our warranty products automatically include European cover, vehicle recovery, vehicle hire, overnight accommodation & rail fare and the opportunity to apply for transfer of ownership.  Unlike most warranty companies, we won’t apply an excess if a claim is made either. Please note that all of our policies specifically exclude service or ancillary items. Periods of cover available are 3, 6, 12, 24 and 36 months. Available claim liabilities range from £1,000 to the vehicle’s current retail value at the time of claim.
